This year, the Holy Door of the Jubilee can only be found in Rome. However, Lithuania boasts as many as 20 churches and sanctuaries that have been designated as Jubilee Churches for the year 2025.
By visiting these churches and participating in Holy Mass, or by attending a Mass where the Sacraments of Initiation or the Anointing of the Sick are celebrated, individuals may obtain a General Indulgence under the usual conditions. The same applies to those who participate in the Liturgy of the Word of God, the Liturgy of the Hours, reflections on the Way of the Cross, devotions of the Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the chanting of the Akathist, or a penitential service.
There are four Jubilee Churches in the Archdiocese of Vilnius:
Vilnius Cathedral Basilica of St. Stanislaus and St. Vladislaus
Opening Hours:
- Monday–Saturday: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Sacrament of Reconciliation:
- Monday–Saturday: 12:00 p.m.–12:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 8:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., available before and after every Holy Mass.
Holy Mass Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday (in Lithuanian): 8:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday (in Lithuanian): 8:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:15 a.m. (for children), 12:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m.,
